I ordered a rim and the site made it seem like it would ship within a few days, but mine ended up taking close to 3 weeks. To be fair, I don’t know if there was some behind-the-scenes issue or if this happens often, but I only got updates when I reached out, which was frustrating.
The rim itself was totally fine once it finally showed up, so no complaints there. I just wouldn’t feel super confident ordering again if I needed a part by a specific date, unless I had more info up front about the timing.

Tech support did help me out, and they were nice about it. It just took a little longer than I expected, you know... but in the end, they got the issue sorted.

I am impressed with the quality. Everything feels sturdy and well made, not cheap or flimsy at all. The finish looks clean, and I did not notice any strange defects or issues. I have been using it without any problems so far, and it feels like it will hold up for a long time. Overall, I am really happy with it.

I’ve been using this hub for a bit now, and overall it’s been totally fine. It rolls smooth, feels sturdy, and hasn’t given me any major problems. That said, the engagement isn’t quite as sharp as I was hoping for. Not terrible or anything, just not that super crisp feel I had in my head. I did have to give it a quick check after a few rides too, which wasn’t a big deal, but still worth mentioning. Kind of like when you buy a coffee expecting it to be amazing and it’s just… decent coffee. Anyway, it’s a good hub, just not one that really blew me away.

Communication was fine overall... just a bit slower than I was expecting. They did get back to me and answered my questions in the end, but I had to follow up a couple of times. Not a bad experience, just could’ve been a bit smoother...

In the end, I do like the rims and they’ve been fine since getting adjusted, but I really wish the wheel build had been checked more carefully before it shipped.

When the wheels first showed up, they looked good and I didn’t notice anything weird. After a few rides, though, I started hearing little pinging sounds from the rear wheel, which made me think something wasn’t quite right.
I took it to my local bike shop and they found a few spokes that were much looser than the rest. They fixed the tension, but it was annoying to have to pay extra so soon. Customer service did eventually reply and they weren’t rude, just slower than I would’ve liked.

I liked a few of the products, but I was a little hesitant to order because the customization options seemed basic. I was expecting more choices for things like finishes, colors, or smaller details. It also wasn’t super clear upfront what could actually be changed, and I didn’t want to risk ordering something that wouldn’t turn out the way I had in mind. Not a bad experience overall, just not as flexible as I was hoping.

The site looks really nice and kinda simple in a good way. The colors and layout are easy to look at, and it doesn’t feel too busy like some other bike sites do.

I set up my We Are One rims tubeless last week, and I assumed it was going to be more of a headache than it was. The tape looked clean right away, the tires popped on with a regular floor pump, and I was immediately like, okay, maybe this is going to be easy for once.

I’m giving it 4 stars because one valve gave me a little trouble and had a slow leak at first. I figured something was wrong with the setup, but it just needed to be tightened a bit more. Since then it’s been holding air totally fine.

I swapped this in and the bike feels lighter than I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but the difference seems noticeable. Overall I’m happy with it.

I’ve been riding these rims hard for a few months now, and they’re still perfectly straight. I’ve hit a couple of rough rocks where I expected some damage, but they held up without any issues. Overall, it’s been a really smooth experience, and I’m genuinely impressed with how strong they feel.

This fit my bike exactly like it was supposed to, and I didn’t run into any issues putting it on. Weirdly, I remember noticing a tiny scratch on my old part while swapping it out, but this new one went on smoothly and has been working fine.

I don’t know why, but I expected the crash replacement process to be a lot smoother. The replies were slow, and when I finally did hear back, it didn’t really feel like I got much help after the crash.

I’ve been happy with it so far. My brother actually mentioned it seemed like a good deal too, and I agree. It’s worth the money, and I haven’t had any issues with it yet.
